It was just a well-suited match for a quick stop in Ilfracombe with very good value for money. The view was fine during breakfast on the terrace despite some service issues. Be mindful of the weather as seating can get wet outside.

The fine sea view from the hotel is amazing. We also had a fantastic time at Ilfracombe Golf Club, where the scenery was just as excellent as the golf. Perfect for a family escape!

In my wife's opinion, the food options were really lacking.

The staff were friendly and helped me carry my bags up those narrow stairs. The view from my room was fine, just what I needed after all that chaos.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what I got, still acceptable.

We stayed in a classic double room with sea view. The view was amazing and definitely the highlight. The room felt comfy with a nice king size bed, but it was a bit stuffy at night since there's no air conditioning. The furniture seemed a bit cheap and the decor felt tired. We enjoyed the experience but there's room for improvement.

The amazing views from the room was nice, sipping tea on my balcony while watching the sunset paint the sky. The peaceful gardens were a good retreat, perfect for leisurely strolls.

More accessible facilities for senior guests would be helpful.

The sea view from our room was pure magic, with waves crashing against the cliffs and sunsets that took my breath away. Drinks on the terrace were a vibe! The gourmet dishes served during dining were really good, especially the locally-sourced seafood that had us raving.

I had to change rooms twice , frustrating. The last room was cramped and stuffy. I felt that the hotel should have considered offering a refund for the night I couldn't stay due to the inconvenience of the room changes.

Fix the lack of clear signage!!! Improve communication about room amenities and transfers from different hotel buildings!!! Address the accessibility concerns with mobility issues!!!

The location is fine, perched on a hill and offering amazing ocean views. One staff member really stood out with their kindness. It was a cozy getaway with nice amenities.
